At ObjectHunting, we evaluate all refund and return requests on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fair and reasonable resolutions for our customers.

 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or return request, please contact us with the following information:

       Your order number

       The item(s) you wish to return or refund

       The reason for your request

       Photos of the item if relevant (e.g., damaged or incorrect item)

Review Process

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 3–5 business days. Our decision will take into account the condition of the item, the reason for the request, and any other relevant circumstances.

 

Possible Outcomes

Depending on the outcome of our review, we may offer one of the following:

       Full or partial refund to your original payment method via UniPAY

       Store credit

       Exchange or replacement

       Decline of the request with explanation

 

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are otherwise not in their original condition. This will be communicated clearly during the review process.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through UniPAY and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
